The processing craft of the plexiglass

[Abstract] We will introduce the craft of peeling off the paper,silk screen,gluing and packaging of the plexiglass. The peeling off the paper of the plexiglass sheet:it is so easy,but it appear in the processing carft twice or more times(it is because that the plexiglass scratches easily,so we will use the stickers to protect it.)We will use this process when we hot bend the plexiglass sheet.If we hot bend it partially,so we will peel off the paper partially,if we hot bend the plexiglass wholly,we need to peel off the paper wholly;And this craft is also used before silk screen,it is also divided into single-sided peeling off the paper or double-sided peeling off the paper,it is all according to the craft requirement of the plexiglass. The silk screen:the silk screen craft is used to propagandize or show off the products by silk screen the logo or pattern or slogan. The gluing of the plexiglass:when we finish the above carft,then we glue the plexiglass together into a whole plexiglass product.Then we clean the plexiglass. The package of the plexiglass:it is a whole step of the craft.The plexiglass is scratches easily,so we will protect well.
