How do the acrylic bend?We usually use the electric drier to heat it when we hand-made it. We use the electric drier to heat the plexiglass gradually and evenly,then the plexiglass wil intenerate and bend into the shape you want,after it is cold,then it keep the shape.
If you have some requirement about the size,you can make a wood mould first.
